1. Where do the items you sell come from?

The items sold are all from mystery boxes. A fun box that is a surprise package filled with unclaimed mail, returned mail, overstock items and undelivered mail. You don’t know exactly what you’re getting until it arrives — that’s part of the fun.

2. Are purchases from TheSCierrasShop refundable?

Because mystery boxes products are always a gamble and we strive to provide complete honesty about all products, all sales are generally final unless your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with shipping, or the item is completely different than described.

 

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, but most customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days.
